The General Synod of the Church of Ireland meets in Armagh at the Conference Centre in the Armagh City Hotel from 9 May to 11 May. The General Synod is the main decision making body of the Church of Ireland, meeting once a year to discuss and decide on work within the Church. A service of Holy Communion for General Synod will be held in St Patrick’s Cathedral, Armagh on the evening of Tuesday, 9 May
